Sia Makerlab(이하 "회사")은 Plainly(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보와 그 사용 방법에 대해 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

앱이 직접 수집하는 정보

Plainly는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

앱은 다음과 같은 정보를 기기 내부에만 저장하며, 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다:

제3자 서비스를 통해 수집되는 정보

앱은 광고 서비스를 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. Google은 다음과 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다:

  • 광고 ID (Android Advertising ID)
  • 기기 정보 (기기 모델, OS 버전)
  • 대략적인 위치 정보 (IP 주소 기반)
  • 앱 사용 데이터

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

앱이 기기 내부에 저장하는 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다:

  • 사용자 환경설정 저장 및 복원
  • 최근 파일 목록 제공
  • 앱 기능의 정상적인 작동

3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

  • 앱 설정 및 최근 파일 목록: 앱 삭제 시까지

파기 방법

  • 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
  • 앱 내 설정에서 최근 파일 목록을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

단, 앱에 포함된 Google AdMob 광고 서비스는 Google의 정책에 따라 광고 제공 목적으로 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다:

  • 앱 삭제: 앱을 삭제하여 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 개인화 설정: Android 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 개인화를 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 ID 재설정: Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정할 수 있습니다.

6. 앱 접근 권한

Plainly는 다음과 같은 권한을 사용합니다:

7. 아동의 개인정보 보호

Plainly는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

본 개인정보 처리방침은 법령, 정책 또는 앱 기능의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 있을 경우 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Sia Makerlab ("Company") values the privacy of Plainly ("App") users and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy describes the information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

Information Collected Directly by the App

Plainly does not collect personal information directly.

The App stores the following information only on your device and does not transmit it to external servers:

Deletion Method

  • Uninstalling the App automatically deletes all data stored on your device.
  • You can manually delete the recent files list within the App settings.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties.

However, Google AdMob advertising service included in the App may collect information for advertising purposes according to Google's policies.

5. User Rights

Users can exercise the following rights:

  • Delete the App: Delete all data stored on your device by uninstalling the App.
  • Ad Personalization Settings: Disable ad personalization in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
  • Reset Advertising ID: Reset your advertising ID in Android Settings.

6. App Permissions

Plainly uses the following permissions:

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, or App features. Any changes will be notified through App updates or this page.
